NSW-ACT 4WD Association Newsletter - January 2015

Well here we are at the beginning of a new year and we are already starting to work on some substantial projects for the coming months and we need your input on two very important projects.

First we need to know any projects that your club has been involved within a National Park, current, and in the past and we need this as soon as possible. In early February we have a meeting with a new section of National Parks and anything at all, no matter how small would be gratefully appreciated.

Secondly we would like to remind everyone of the upcoming quarterly meeting in February. It will be held on Saturday, 21^st at the Worrimi’s property behind Stockton Beach.  This meeting is extremely important for the future of the Association as we will be laying out our plans for the short term future of and will need all the clubs to be part of it.  We will also have several representatives from both parks and the Worrimi attending plus we also have some interest from other parties wanting to attend as well.

Due to the significance of this meeting we would like to see as many clubs as possible attending. If possible it would be good if we had Presidents attending as well as the delegates as we believe this will help assist the delegates to get the message back to all members.

Lunch will be provided on the day and we are looking at locating a place to camp close by so we can get together and relax a little, more info on the meeting will come.

Lastly I hope everyone had a good Christmas and new year, stay safe for the rest of the holidays and be extra careful on the roads. It seems we have gotten off to a very bad start this year, so please take care and just take it easy as it's better to be late than never at all.
