Meeting Date: Saturday, 21st of February, 2015Venue: Murrook Culture Centre 2163 Nelson Bay Road Williamtown NSW 2318 (Lat/Long: -32.806083, 151.867585)Meeting Time: Meeting commencing at 9:30am.This meeting is extremely important to the future of the Association as we will be laying out our plans for the short term future of it and it will need all the clubs to be part of it.
We will also have several representatives from both parks and the Worrimi attending, we also have some interest from other parties wanting to attend as well.
Due to the significance of this meeting we would like to see as many clubs as possible attending.
If possible it would be good if we had Presidents attending as well as the delegates as we believe this will help assist the delegates to get the message back to your members.
Lunch will be provided on the day and we are looking at locating a place to camp close by so we can get together and relax a little, more info on the meeting will come.
